Ukrainian market on its way up

The currency rate is a hot topic at the Flowers Expo in Kiev that took place last week. Despite the fact that the national currency dropped significantly in recent years, Ukraine seems to be getting through the rough patch, and is on its way up again.

Apart from The Netherlands the following countries were represented at the exhibition; Colombia, Ecuador, France, Germany, Israel, and South Africa.
The World Bank has issued a positive economic growth forecast of 2% for 2016. In January 1, J. L. The FTA with the EU entered into agreement that will see the Ukrainian economy get a huge boost. Because of the FTA, it is possible for Ukrainian farmers to export their products without barriers to the EU.
As a result, ABN Amro Bank Ukraine has placed the Ukrainian agri sector among the top ranking and most promising agricultural markets worldwide. According to ABN Amro, the foreign trade of Ukraine will be increasingly focused on western markets and thus the agricultural and horticultural sector could be very attractive to investors from the Netherlands. Now is the time to step in and take advantage of the growth expected in the coming years!
