What: Ukraine: Agriculture Negotiating Positions in WTO
Discussion and exchange of views among diverse Ukraine agriculture stakeholders. The objective is to assist in elaboration of possible active Ukraine positions advocating for changes in WTO agricultural trade rules.
At the 10th WTO Ministerial in Kenya new rules on Export Competition were agreed. The 11th WTO Ministerial will be held 11-14 December 2017 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Agricultural domestic support (subsidies) is one prominent issues being discussed.
Following this activity draft positions will be developed for review by Ukraine officials.
